EA game store app Sims 4 content not showing up.

I just downloaded several expansion packs and more off the EA app store. I installed all nine items I purchased. Some of the new content shows up but others, specifically new worls/town maps, don't allow me to interact with them in any way. If I pick the town, the screen just shows white and I can't do anything but exit the game. I've already tried repairing, so what else can be done to resolve this?
