Environment Glitching

Over the last two days, every time I have tried to play The Sims 4, it has been super glitchy when I zoom in. Unfortunately, the nonstop glitching has made it unplayable! I have checked my mods (I only use MCCC and UI Cheats) and the glitch still happens without them. I have repaired my game and done all of the troubleshooting I could find... nothing has helped. Any suggestions? Thanks!
