Error "Not Currently Playable"

Hi there, I have not even fully downloaded The Sims 4 and i'm already getting error. I went to the EA app on my Mac and went to download The Sims 4 but I can't because there is a red box saying "Not Currently Playable". Any tips would be appreciated!
