expansion packs lost

there was an update last week, I updated sims 4 on the ea app then said it didn't support sims 4 then I like force quit it on my MacBook and it let me log in and open the game, today it won't let me play any of my saves because I'm missing 10 packs! 

I have logged in and out of ea app and took saves mods trays out uninstalled reinstalled the game, I searched for dlc folder and its only one stuff pack in it when I go onto my downloads on ea app its the only place that has all my packs, everywhere else says I need to rebuy them. 

please help

    Do you recall any other accounts or emails you may have used in the past? If you had multiple packs that would have been on another account, as the one you're posting with doesn't seem to have had that many registered previously.

    I'd first try logging back into the EA app with any other emails you may have used for an account. If there are multiple you're trying to check, you can also just log into the account website here and check your Order History under the Payment and Wallet section. That will show you any previous purchases you've made directly through us so you can track down the account with those packs.

    Otherwise, if there's a particular email you can no longer access or just can't recall which other account may have been used, it would be best to get in touch with our support team directly so they can help track that down and update any necessary login info.

    thank you but i've only ever had one email I took pictures of the downloads of the packs but not sure how to contact ea the bot chat very much

    The account you're posting with has never had multiple packs registered, so it does sound like support would be the best option so they can look into this more with you and track down where those were originally purchased and/or claimed.

    You can use the link and steps from my previous post or create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information so they can take a look.

    Hi I spoke to support no help there said they can’t find anything gave them my old emails which haven’t been used in years nothing, logged in through Apple fb Google nothing, I have the proof of the downloads of the packs and from my bank but they wouldn’t send me an email to send it to, 

    i went onto gallery and it’s all saved lots I have saved on my account so if it was a different account it wouldn’t have them lots in the gallery it’s million percent right account and it’s obviously been glitch with new update, I’ve seen on tiktok and on Reddit the same has happened to others 

    really discouraging spending money on the game for years

    The same exact thing has happened to me. It's the right account but pack is missing after update logged me out. After logging back in it was gone. Im so upset. Where is my work together :(

    I said to them it’s happened to other people and they said they asked their team and that’s not true, so literally 0 help let me know if u magically get sorted but I’ve given up after wasting my time today

    I don't even know how to contact them I couldn't find the ticket page. I'm so frustrated omgd. If I can't get it to work I am gonna figure out how to get on inzoi cause screw this. smh.
