[FIXED] Upgraded to macOS Ventura - can only Force Quit the game

I have upgraded to Ventura and I can only exit the Sims 4 via Force Quitting. I saw the other thread about disabling origin in game, but it has still not fixed my issue. Is there any other possible f...

    Hello.

    It turns out there was indeed a fix for this issue in todays' patch (Mac version 1.95.207.1230), but we accidentally failed to mention it in the patch notes.

Is anyone else still having this issue? It's been nearly 4 weeks now. I just want to come home from work and unwind playing The Sims. ☹️ I don't want to have to force quit just in case it corrupts the save.

@JadeLeigh11 Force quitting shouldn’t corrupt the save if you save instead of save & exit. You could back up your saves too.

@nesc77 are you not able to play your game? Please start a new thread if you are unable to load your game with as much detail as possible as this thread is just for the Ventura/Force Quit issue.
