I think I see what you mean though, is it like this? It looks in the thumbnail like it should be white but it's a dull grey instead (ignore the lines on the foundation, that's another, separate issue)
I took that picture in afternoon sun on a lot in Willow Creek.
Looks pretty much the same on PC Ultra settings.

There is no fix, it's as intended. It is the same in everyone's game. I agree it's annoying ☹️No way!! 😢 How do people get to be so white as in these pictures! Is it a Mac problem or what?
My mac is operating under Mojave the 10.14.6 version and I do not have any mods or custom content installed. I have no antivirus either and repairing the game did not work either.
