Gallery not loading

I downloaded the sims on my Mac last month and just realized my gallery never works. it always says connection is required and it never connects. I have tried deleting all my mods and CC, uninstalling the game and EA app, repairing the app, clearing the cache and tray folder, reinstalling, etc. I am connected to wifi and internet. Im extremely frustrated and not sure what to do next.

Please help!
