Gallery wont work

I logged onto my sims today after about 2 months on my MacBook, and my gallery will not load. It keeps telling me to connect but wont. Ive done everything ive seen online, including but not limited to checking EA to make sure im online, clearing my tray, taking my mods out to make sure its not a mod issue, repairing my packs, making sure my game is up to date, I even went as far as uninstalling and re installing the game. Im really unsure what to do at this point, I dont see why my wifi would be blocking this as its not a school wifi and the school wifi issue is the only thing ive seen about this online.

Please let me know if anyone has had this issue and has been able to figure it out, I would really appreciate it, the gallery is such a fun part of the game.
