Game crashing or not loading especially after updating? Post here.

If your game is crashing or not launching after recently updating it please try the two most basic and fundamental steps to resolve it before posting: Repair the game in EA App Test a new clean...

Hi all , I updated my game yesterday as it was due the update and now I can’t even get on sims to play I’ve tried to repair the game and logging out of EA itself but the game is completely unplayable I can get on the EA but as soon as I click sims it doesn’t work at all I play on MacBook is anyone else having the same problem? Or could possibly help me please
