Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

I went to play and it had me log in. It said I had been gone for too long. I had to reset my password because it had been a minute and I couldn't remember and now all my packs are gone. I had over 20 of them and it now says I own none. I don't know what to do. I tried resetting my password again and reloading the game. I have receipts and proof of all purchases. I just want my game back.
