Game broken after buying adventure awaits

After buying and installing adventure awaits my game stopped responding. It's freezing, closing off itself or makes all computer not responsive . This is going on for second day now. It's seems ok if I'm building in not played lot but doesn't let me actually play. Today my sims just freezing with reset code not working on them. I'm leaving picture on what I'm looking in my game. All npc moving ok but my stuck this way and not responding to anything. I don't use mods or cc.

    lihtaruk​  If you use any mods or custom content at all, please remove the entire Mods folder and test again.  You don't need to save your progress.

    If that doesn't help, or you don't use mods or cc, please test a new save, for comparison's sake.

    I don't have mods or cc. I'm replacing my whole computer since it was old and see if that going to change anything.

    I don't think it's related to adventure awaits anymore. Game is broken. On new computer with freshly installed game, Bulldozing lot or terrain  doesn't work.  Terrain paint of pavements disappear on it's own between closing and opening games. I didn't see white crushing windows yet , but search engine in cloud still looks broken- its automatically shows most popular, which same items over decade old. It's keeps messing up when have to close window and open again, which makes it hard to actually find anything specific there.
