Game unplayable after downloading Vampires DLC

Please follow this how to on how to gather your DxDiag.
You can post the DxDiag by attaching it to your next reply.
Don't paste it directly into your answer, because that won't fit.

Do you have any mods or CC (custom content)? Try taking that out.

I have a Mac & play the sims 4 through Origins and the link doesnt have a option for mac's. I also did have CC before downloading the DLC but removed it to see if it would fix the glitches but the same thing happened.
