Games not loading when I open Sims 4 Game. It just says "New Game"

I opened my Sims 4 Game and where it normally has a picture of my last played game at it has a silhouette of a sims and says "New Game".  I am not able to pull up any of my games.  I deleted all my mods, restarted the game, ran the repair option on the game and still nothing.  Not sure what else to do to pull up my games.
