growing together

Anyone else having issues with growing together not downloading? i have bought this game twice now the first time it said that my payment didnt go through and now this one has went through. Everytime i think i fixed the issue i get a message saying that my pre order had problems, so i go look and nothing is wrong everything is write! does anyone know how i can get in touch with EA?
