HELP!!!!

So I downloaded the EA app and downloaded my sims 4 game about three times. I have to add ons that download after the sims 4 does. The EA app won't launch the game. It will bounce a few times on the bar at the bottom of my screen but then it'll open the page and close the page again. I have no idea what to do.
