How to Install Sims 4 Digital Deluxe

I have the Sims 4 for Mac and bought the Digital Deluxe upgrade through the Origin app. I've been trying to figure out how to install it ever since. The upgrade shows up in Extra Content, but only with a "details" option and an option to purchase it as a gift, no install button. The upgrade doesn't show up in Expansion Packs, Game Packs, or Stuff Packs (which is where I'd go to install other DLC).

Am I missing something? Is the upgrade supposed to install automatically? Has anyone installed the upgrade and can run me through how to do it? Any insight would be helpful.

The Digital Deluxe upgrade adds a few items to your game automatically, the ones listed when you click on details. It is not an Expansion/Game/Stuff Pack.

@ecpjordan , I believe it installs automatically. The way to check would be to look at the add on features (like the party hats or furniture) and look for that item in game once you're playing the game.
