I’m sorry I don’t really understand..can we interact on another platform? I want to show you about my problem in a video. I want to send it here but the system can’t support, it said "unsupported extension type" Maybe this way you can understand more because I don’t really know how to explain it sorry :<
Click on the Apple in the top left corner of the menu bar on your Mac desktop then About This Mac. Please provide all the info in the little window that opens up, apart from the serial number.
