I can't Play my Family

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? University, Get Famous, Seasons, City Living, Get Together, Get to Work, Jungle Adventure, Parenthood, Dine Out, Spa Day, Laundry Day, Bowling Night, Vintage Glamour
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure, maybe you could look at my last save.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't click my household to play, the little diamond is cut out, and my house is unclickable. I just bulldozed and renovated my apartment too.
What do you expect to see? That I can play my household again & its clickable.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
I cannot click my household, my save file will load, I just cant play my specific family because its unclickable.
