Thank you for replying. I'm sorry, I don't understand the question? What do you mean by Mode please? It's a MacBook Air. I use Origin to play Sims - I don't know if that helps at all.

@crinrict Sorry I feel silly now but for some reason it wouldn't let me delete or edit my comment oops! I don't know where to find which version my Mac is using but it's the one before macOSMonterey.

@Bluebellflora @crinrict thank you so much! I’ve fixed the problem by clicking on repair game on Origin.
