I can't use cc on sims 4

I need help, my cc will not download onto the actual game play for the Sims 4. I have a Mac Book, and this use to happen in the past, but It only recently started again. I don't have any mods only custom content from the official 'the sims recource' website.

'The Sims Resource' is not an official EA website, so please, keep in mind Maxis doesn’t pre-screen, endorse or specifically support any particular Mod or custom content. You should use Mods and custom content with caution and understand there may be risk.

Could you tell us the steps you followed to install the custom content in your game? Does the custom content appear in a window when you get to the main menu?

Also, remember The Sims 4 disables all the mods after an update, so check your game settings 😉 You can find more information about this in this article: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/the-sims/the-sims-4/mods-and-the-sims-4-game-updates/
