I can't visit Snowy Escape World - no lots visible

Question

Hi I recently downloaded Snowy Escape and none of my sims (new games / newly created / loaded games - tried it all) can visit. No lots even appear (no bars / rentals, anything). Even within manage worlds I cannot edit or add in any lots or even view the lots.

I have no cc/mods. I have access to all other game play items such as the new outfits/build items but just cannot add/view/edit/visit any lots. The world appears, but I cannot do anything.

Uninstalled and reinstalled, repaired. Nothing fixes.

On Mac. Via Origin.

Please help.

@emlovessims  Could you post a picture of what you are seeing ? Do you have this on any new save or just some of them ?

Try trashing the Snowy Escape Pack and re-downloading it:

Makes sure Origin is closed
Navigate to the Sims 4 Packs folder. It will be in the same location as the base game, normally in your User/Applications folder.
Trash the EP10 folder
Open Origin and re-download the pack

@BluebellfloraHi thanks for the suggestion - I tried this and it has not worked.&nbsp;Within the EP10 areas folder I have the below but they still don't appear within the world.&nbsp;
