Infants milestones NOT updating

So today I noticed that my infant’s milestones are not keeping up with them like they used too. My infant actually keeps experiencing the same exact milestone every time over and over but it never registers it happening. Its also never happened to me in any other households before today. The same thing is happening to all infants
