[INFO REQUEST] Sims 4 Cats and Dogs always shows 'Download' in Origin

If the Cats & Dogs EP is always giving you the option to Download in Origin, even though you have downloaded it, please provide more details in this thread. What macOS version are you running? ...

Hi everyone,

First of all, thank you for sharing with us the details about the problem you were having. Could you please check if Origin is still giving you the option to 'Download'?

If so, please, try to uninstall and install the game again, and let us know if that helps.

    @Bluebellflora How did you fix it? By resetting origin?

      I wanted to report that after the latest origin update the sims 4 cats & dogs are listed under "installed" on my origin.

      No, EA fixed it in Origin, no need to do anything. If you're still having an issue it wouldn't hurt to use the reset tool 🙂
