Re: Innisgreen not loading

So about a week ago I got the new pack and made new characters and when I tried to move them in I clicked on the new world that comes with the pack and every time I do it gets stuck on the loading screen and won’t let me in the world. I’ve tried to restart my computer and that won’t work either. I can’t even play in the world that I paid for or do anything with the pack at all. If I could get some help and be able to fix this that would be great.
