Great, so your Intel graphics are supported which is good. Can you set up a new user account on your Mac and try and play in that account?

Yes, it does that annoyingly. Just make sure the box is checked to save your details. Next time you open the Launcher you should be logged in.
It's not that odd that it works in a new user account, it confirms that something is conflicting with the game in your normal user account. Something serious and odd to cause the kernel panic though. Maybe reinstalling the OS may help? Back up your Mac beforehand just in case but you shouldn't lose any data as the OS installs over the top of your current installation, checking and replacing any system files and permissions which may be corrupted.- ApprovedAnonymous8 years agoThe panic happening in one user but not another means it is not an OS issue. Unfortunately, it means there is something wrong in the preferences or the user itself is just messed up. OS would have been a nice easy fix.
I will try signing in a couple more times in the test user but I'm afraid now it's actually my EA account that is causing the issue... is that possible? I will also try signing out in my normal user and see if the game loads When not logged in
Thank you for your help so far.
