Laggy Camera problem

Before the enchanted by nature patch, my game was fine. Suddenly, the camera is now really laggy in game. If I move the camera, it kind of delays and when I go into free camera it just won’t move where I want it to. The thing is this is only a problem with full screen and doesn’t really happen in windowed screen. Ive repaired the game, deleted the config and option files, taken out all my mods and nothing seems to work. My MacBook has M2 chip, 8gb ram and is on sequoia 15.1 if that helps
