Mac - Origin Helper Tool Nightmare

Question

So there have been MULTIPLE complaints and no solutions.

I open Origin for Mac and it promps me to install the helper tool, then it asks my password, which I politely provide, then it just loops again and again and again.

I've reinstalled, installed, restarted, reinstalled, rebooted, ect.

Macbook Retina - Updated everything.

Please help. I made the mistake of purchasing games before trying to download Origin, so I'd like this to work, or get my money back.

Help...anyone...

@free2b100This issue was fixed in an Origin update in February/March. Run the Origin reset tool - http://help.ea.com/uk/article/how-to-reset-origin-on-mac/ - then download and install the latest version of Origin - https://www.origin.com/en-gb/download

well I have read multiple posts on how to fix this problem, but there is still no solution. So I think there are only 2 things that you can do : first, of course, get your money back and forget about playing EA games on your mac. Or you can play the game on window runned on your mac by Boot Camp.
