Re: Game crashing or not loading especially after updating? Post here.

Hi everyone, 

After the June update, my game was stuck on an infinite loading screen without making it to the main menu. I spent an hour online with EA Help, and they said to wait for another update to fix the issue. After the latest update, my game was able to load somehow; however, it deleted all of my saved files as well as a pack I had bought years ago. I had lost all of my saves, so I started a brand new game. The game was working perfectly with mods, except for missing the pack I had bought years ago. After talking to EA help today, my missing pack was added back to my library. However, when I went to start the game back up, it was stuck on the same infinite loading screen. I went back to talk to EA help, and the person I spoke to said they couldn't help me. I basically have not been able to play the game in weeks, and it is incredibly frustrating. Is there anyone who can help me with this issue? I have tried everything I know how to do and what ChatGPT told me to do.
