[MAC] Sims 4 stuck on eternal loading screen after hitting play

A few days ago I played Sims 4 with my custom content and it was fine. Then today, I went CC shopping for Disney CC and when I opened Origin it needed a update. I updated it and put all my CC in my mods folder like usual. When I clicked play it said ERROR: Missing or Damaged data has been removed please try reinstalling. I read some other forums and found out one of my CC was doing it, so I removed all and clicked play and it was fine, I got onto the main screen ok! I eventually found the broken CC and removed it and put my others back. Now when I clicked play, it showed all the Maxis stuff and turned to TheSims4 words, after a few minutes the rainbow wheel appeared and it just stayed like that, I waited 30 mins and it was still stuck. I quit Sims and Origin and restarted my laptop. I tried 3 more times and all failed! PLEASE help! 

PS: I hope someone knows a way without removing my CC because I NEED IT!!!
