But it doesn't say "repair game" it is faded out. I have tried resetting my game but it doesn't work. I have deleted EVERYTHING in my mods folder and it still doesn't work.

Run the Origin reset tool - https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/origin/origin/how-to-reset-origin-on-mac/

The move your Sims 4 folder from Documents > Electronic Arts to the desktop and try to load the game.
