My game crashes, despite having saved multiple times when I restart the game it starts that same family on an older save and not the most recent save. Therefore, I have to do a lot again.. I can't pinpoint what I was doing when the game crashed cause often times this happens when I look away from the computer screen. I'm using a Mac to play Sims 4.

i always turn off the bb.moveobjects when i am done in build mode
Im using a MAC and need steps to find the logs you are looking for.

If you have any lastException they would be in the root documents folder.
Do you have anything in that folder called Mods except a file called resource.cfg ? (aka did you add any third party content to your game other than houses/sims ?)
