[MAC] The Sims 4 Graphic Glitch with Menu

I'm having a really weird glitch/issue with the menu sometimes while playing The Sims 4 on my Mac. It's like the buttons are almost inverted... and the little pop-ups in the right corner of the screen are unreadable. Anyone else having this issue? Here is a screenshot...

  • Hi @JGyorki ,

    Have you activated any type of Anti-Aliasing (Edge Smoothing) in the graphics options? I was able to reproduce the issue, and it happens to me when activating Anti-Aliasing. Deactivating Anti-Aliasing solved the issue for me, so please try and tell us if it works 😕mileyhappy:

    "Accept as solution" = "This solved my problem!" / "¡Esto ha solucionado el problema!"

    @lolatort

    It's already on the Mac bug thread which EA read over on the officials - http://forums.thesims.com/en_US/discussion/comment/13322755/#Comment_13322755

    It's not a game breaking bug so isn't a massive priority. It's annoying but fixable by toggling anti-aliasing and/or windowed mode. At the moment Mac users with certain GPUs are unable to play the game at all under El Capitan. EA are working on a fix for that which will be out in December.

    I'll update the stickied Mac help thread here 🙂
