No antivirus
Tried repairing the game and didn't work
No CC/Mods

Can you please post the details under === Graphics device info === from your Config.log file in the Sims 4 folder. It's around 10 or so lines.

I am in the exact same position. I tried adding that line, but it still says [Found: 0, Supported: 1]

You should also update Catalina to 10.15.4. You can do this in System Preferences > Software Update.
