Your details will obviously be different, try this:

I am in the exact same position. I tried adding that line, but it still says [Found: 0, Supported: 1]

Could you please screenshot the line you added in the GraphicsCards.sgr file so I can see (it's very easy to input the wrong data 🙂 ). Could you also please open the config.log file in your Sims 4 folder and copy/paste the first 10 or so lines under the === Graphics device info === section here.

You should also update Catalina to 10.15.4. You can do this in System Preferences > Software Update.
