[MAC] where do i find my product code for The Sims 4

hi, i have purchased a new copy of The Sims 4 and followed the instruction for MAC download via Origin, but on the instructions leaflet there is no product code to be found.

Hello. Did you purchase the game on the Origin store? Your game should be linked to your Origin account. If you purchased a box version, check the back of the manual.
