Not really sure why but you seem to have put your game into an Electronic Arts folder. The game should be in your Applications folder, like Photos, iTunes etc. are, not within another folder.Open the Applications folder and drag and drop the Sims 4 game into it. Where is that Electronic Arts folder it was in?
