Please edit the screenshot of your computer's specs to remove the serial number—that's not information you want public.
Hi, I changed the image but my post was deleted anyway so I don't know if I should repost it? I really hope I get an answer however...
@supcap8110 I'm not sure what happened to your post. I didn't move it, and I don't think there are any EA people around right now who would have deleted it outright. You're welcome to repost, or to edit your newer post instead (click the three dots in the upper right corner of the text field). If the other post does turn up, I can ask someone from EA to delete it, or just edit out the image link. Either way works for me.
And of course we'd love to have your other specs. There are quite a few people experiencing this issue, and more information is always better.
Ok, well I'm reposting it here then. Same problem as OP with Mojave 10.14.2: the icon bounces on the deck but the game won't start. I tried everything I saw on threads on here but nothing works. Before downgrading my OS I still want to find a better solution so I'm asking for help... Oh and here are my specs:

It would be helpful if you could quickly list the "everything" that you've tried; I think you mentioned that you'd disabled Origin in-game and removed your TS4 game folder from Documents? Some people say they've "tried everything" and haven't, although it sounded like you were pretty thorough. Otherwise, you might receive suggestions for workarounds that you've already tried.
