Since updating my Mac to the lastest MacOS catalina sims has been unbable to open but was previously on MacOSMojave. an error box keeps popping up. origin is still able to open
macOS Catalina will be officially released in October. If there isn't an update fixing the incompatibility issue by then, I guess I won't be playing TS4 until there is. Updates contain a number of things, the least of which are new features.
On the back end, security updates are implemented that make the OS more secure. I'm not willing to forego an update in the event that EA/Maxis doesn't have this ActivationUI process updated by the time the public release is available.
Developers have had access to the macOS Catalina beta since June 3 and this 32 vs 64-bit requirement was made known by Apple way back when macOS Mojave was first announced. There really won't be any excuse.
