Mods folder not appearing

I just reinstalled The Sims, but I no longer have a Mods folder. Even though I’ve enabled script modifications, nothing happens, and I still don’t have a Mods folder. I’ve always had many issues with the game, like how it used to automatically disable script modifications, and I had to reinstall it every time I wanted to play with mods. Now, I can’t install any mods because no mods's folder appears. I tried creating one myself, deleting and reinstalling the game, but nothing worked.

Mods are often automatically disabled when the game is updated.

Please can you provide the exact file path to where you're looking for the Mods folder? Starting with Macintosh HD (or whatever your internal drive is named if you have changed it). You don't have to provide your user account name, just call that X or something.
