Sims 4 For Rent Pack Problem (123:6346675a:d7a98a7c) Error Code for Restaurant

I don’t have mods or custom content of any kind. I decided to build a restaurant today in Tomarang and chose the brown Rental Unit in the uptown neighborhood. After completing the restaurant, I set up my sims club to have their meetup spot at that location. I forgot to save my file, and hit meetup, and after 45 seconds on the loading screen I was met with the error code of 123:6346675a:d7a98a7c - where I was also prompted to reboot the game. I rebooted the game several times, and even repaired my game twice. No avail. Recovered a previous save file and tried sending my sim alone instead of with the club, I was again met with 123:6346675a:d7a98a7c. Does anybody know how to fix a rental to restaurant issue?
