moved electronic arts folder to desktop, accidentally did factor reset
Accidentally moved the Electronic Arts folder from documents to desktop and did a factory reset of the game. I deleted the new sims 4 folder that generated and moved the electronic arts folder back to documents, but it's still not loading my families/saved games. please help!

The Sims 4 folder must be within an Electronic Arts folder, not just in the Documents folder. The correct file path is:
Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4
