New patch update
I’m missing almost all my hours on the EA it was over a 10000+ it’s currently at 3720 which doesn’t make any sense if I have been playing since origin was still a thing can someone help me fix this???

Can you play your game or is this preventing you from doing so? I don't understand the issue if you can successfully launch your game.
My issue is my hours are missing. It wasn’t like this before the new update. Other people are having this issue too, and I haven't been able to launch my game either. Sorry if this isn’t the right place to post; I never made a forum, but I would really like my hours back. My account was made in 2019 so i know for a fact i have more than 3720 hours on sims.
Hours played are irrelevant to whether the game works or not but I can try and help you with your game not launching. Please follow the instructions here and let me know how you get on -
