    Thanks 🙂 Can. you move the Electronic Arts folder that is in Documents - Sophia's MacBook Pro so it is directly in Documents?

A file/folder with an arrow in the corner means it's an alias/shortcut. Have you created a symlink to store your Sims 4 on an external drive?

On my old laptop I did, but I never created a symlink on this current computer. Could this be because of iCloud drive?

    Yeah, that was going to be my second question 🙂

    Please open Terminal and copy and paste the following command then hit Enter/Return:

    find ~ -type d -name "*Electronic Arts*" 2>/dev/null

    After a little while it will return the results of the search. Please copy and paste the results in a post here.
