glitched/black screen

since the update nothing has worked- it only looks like this after opening. 

i have taken ALL mods out, restarted the folder and even repaired the game but it never changes, don’t know what to do further.

i went back to check and update my mods but that doesn’t seem to be the issue either- is there gunna be another update to fix this or what should i do? 

haven’t played in over a week at this point and im tired of these updates breaking my game 🤕
