Hello, I have purchased an expansion pack for the Sims 4: enchanted by nature via dlckey. My problem is it says I own the pack but it's not installed, it says it's an in-game content but when I go to the marketplace, it says the pack is owned but it's not giving me an option to install it. I play on MacBook Air.
6aif85 The Fairy Garden digital content at the bottom of your screenshot is the early-order bonus content, not the expansion itself. Do you see an entry for Enchanted by Nature anywhere under Manage add-ons? If not, it's possible you received only the early-order bonus, not the full EP.
In that case, you'd need to go back to the seller and ask for a second code, one for the EP this time. EA doesn't help with purchases from unauthorized third-party sellers.
