Snowy Escape install issue
The EA app is saying Snowy Escape is installed for my game, but when I open the game it's not installed. The pack isn't showing up in the Sims Packs on my computer either. How do I get the EA app to realize that Snowy Escape isn't installed? I've tried completely uninstalling the Sims 4 and the EA app, but the EA app is still saying Snowy Escape is installed when the base game isn't even installed. I've tried removing all CC and mods, but haven't had any luck
Gallery Won't Connect
I recently downloaded the Sims 4 on my Mac and it was running just fine until one day I tried to access the community gallery to download a house to my lot and it said that a connection was required. When I selected the 'connect' option it would just load forever and not do anything. I have tried clearing my computers cache, restarting and updating my computer itself, resetting my wifi router, resetting the Sims 4, and even deleting the whole EA app as well as Sims 4 off of my computer, only to redownload it and have the same problem. I am at my wits end! I have looked at so many forums and tried everything everyone has suggested and NOTHING is working, so I decided to make a post myself. If you have any tips, let me know please!!
can't download my expansion packs
Hi, EA randomly disappeared from my laptop (MacBook. pro 2018) so I redownloaded and reinstalled sims 4. All my worlds are still there but not my expansion packs?? I have around 20 so would LOVE to get them back. Does anyone know how I can redownload them? I tried doing what it says online but this hasn't worked. Thanks.
Stuck on pending - then won't repair
Seriously I am at my WITS END. I have paid so much money for these games. Everything was fine, and then I got the 'game is not released' pop up. The game wouldn't repair so I just uninstalled it. Now it won't download. I have done everything - I have cleared my cache, I have downloaded the app again after deleting it - I have all but sacrificed a small animal. I am on a MAC and I just want to play my **bleep** game! It is stuck on pending and won't cancel. Then I try to download it and it starts again. So I make sure I delete the partial downloads. I have tried, I have failed. Please HELP
EA App won't let me play !
I just downloaded the EA Map on my Mac, since Origin forced me to. I did an update of the sims and now it won't let me open the game, saying it wasn't released yet. Also all the packs I bought seem to be gone. It's saying I only own the deluxe one... Any help is greatly appreciated. :)in game packs
in game it says I own every single pack but they aren't installed and when I look on the ea app it then says I don't own them when I do I'm really lost I've lost a lot of money here if I can't resolve this issue someone please help the only one its actually letting me own and play in game is the vampires pack everything else needs installing/downloading but apparently I don't own them someone please help! another problem I am having possibly unrelated to the first one is when I try to change any characters appearance or clothes from dressers it just crashes my game onto a loading screen I waited 3 hours for it to load and gave up absolutely nothing was happening. my final issue is my game is so ridiculously laggy its constantly freezing possibly my own fault for cc and mods but I'm unsure any hep or advice would be great thanks!
