My screen flicker after some minutes of play

I just reinstalled the game after a while because I was having problems with Origin, and all of a sudden it does this strange thing: I play normally for a few minutes and then all of a sudden it starts flickering the screen black or this weird crash happens.
I already tried to fix the game but nothing... any ideas?
