My sims 3 keeps crashing

Whenever I download cc through the launcher (usually worlds) my game crashes in cas idk what to do!!! I play on a Mac. Someone please help

    Have you checked with the world creators that there are no issues with the worlds? Installing 3rd party content can be risky.
