I play on my Mac and I made a home very important to me about 3 weeks ago on the sims 4. Now I go to update today and go on the game and it’s gone. I know I saved it as I sent multiple photos to my friend of it and spent quite a bit of work on it to go without saving it. I’m not super tech-savvy but any tips will help. I just want my world, house and person back!!!
I do still have the app and it’s installed- I should have said my sims WORLD inside the game is gone.

meghansarge what do you mean the world has gone, which world? Do you mean a specific world is not showing at the main map screen? If the world is part of a specific Pack, does other content from that Pack show in-game such as CAS items or BB items?
Bluebellflorasorry let me try to explain it better. When I load into the game, instead of saying load game it only says new game. I had an old game created with my sim and the house I built. I updated Sims 4 and now when I go in, it does not say “load game” it only says “new game” so to me that means it’s gone. But I saved it so I’m just confused.
