My sims4 cc skin details never show up in CAS or in game at all!

So I download a lot of cc, but every time i go to gas and go into skin details, no cc is there! I've tried to download face overlays and body overlays but nothing works and its very frustrating bc i ...

Please could you click on one of the CC files once to select it then go to File > Get Info. Under the General > Where section near the top of the info window please copy and paste the location of file here.

Do you have CC enabled in the in-game options?

Is the file type all .package for the CC?
